All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to FTS Tourism Congress Organization Services Co. Ltd. For cancellation requests made before April 10, 2026, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% bank charges from the paid amount. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 10, 2026. Only name changes will be accepted after April 10, 2026. All refunds will be processed after the congress. Payment details: Registration, external participation, accommodation, and transfer fees must be transferred to the bank account listed below, and proof of payment must be sent to the meeting organization secretariat via e-mail.
